One of the most sought-after locations in the central business district, the Sky Hotel Kota Kinabalu offers more than just convenience in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Requests for earlier check-in or later check-out may be charged up to 50% of the applicable contracted rate. A full night's charge will apply for check-outs beyond 6:00 PM. Both of these facilities must be pre-arranged and are subject to availability.
Rooms shall only be used for accommodation purposes. All guests and users of the rooms and/or hotel facilities shall at all times comply with and observe the hotel's rules and regulations, which may be made or amended from time to time by the hotel.
Rates quoted are inclusive of all taxes for one person. An individual less than 12 years of age is termed a 'Child'.

Each child under the age of 3 years of registered guests enjoys complimentary buffet meals when dining with a full-paying adult. Children above 4 and below 12 years will be offered a 50% discount off the retail buffet price.
Children under 12 years enjoy a free stay when staying in the same room with parents or with 2 adults. An additional room for children under 12 years will be charged at the single rate.
