The default tour prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR). We accept payment by QR, cash,TNGO and interbank funds transfers.

In the event of cancellation of booking by Client, a written notice must be provided. The following cancellation charges must be borne by the Client and the travelling companions as follows:

Dear guests, to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.

  • Room check-in is from 3 p.m. Check-out is until 12 p.m.
  • Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests are required to hand over their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the key card, they are obligated to pay the penalty.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
  • From 21:00 to 07:00 hours is the time of night peace. We invite every guest to be careful during this period and not cause noise that can disturb other guests.
  • Disturbing other guests is not allowed. The hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to guests who disturb others or disrespect house rules.
  • We assume that guests are familiarized and fully understand the hotel rules at the beginning of their stay in our hotel.
  • For your convenience, we have provided a safe deposit box located in the wardrobe in your room. The hotel bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform the reception. We suggest you double-check the safe deposit box in your room upon your departure from the hotel.
  • All rooms have air conditioning. Please note that air conditioning does not work if windows are opened or not properly closed.
  • The hotel is entirely non-smoking. In case of non-compliance with this rule, the hotel is obliged to charge the penalty according to the local law.
  • Wi-Fi internet is free and available throughout the entire hotel. The password is provided at the reception and on your key card folder.
  • Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.
  • In all guest rooms, a DO NOT DISTURB sign has been provided. The hotel rule is that this sign cannot be displayed for longer than 24 hours. After this time, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room for safety and security reasons.
  • Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when moving through the public spaces of the hotel.
  • It is not allowed to bring explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel.
  • It is not allowed to bring food and beverages from outside into the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to remove such food and beverages.
  • It is not permitted to use irons, hot plates, electric heaters, or any other heater device.
  • Day use is until 6 p.m.
  • For your convenience, the hotel has arranged parking in front of the hotel. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damage or loss of your vehicle in the parking area.
  • Airport transfers are available 24 hours. The official price list for this service is published at the reception.
  • For any damage caused by the guest to the hotel property, the guest is due to cover the cost of the damage to the hotel.
  • Guests may have visitors in their rooms, which must be registered at the reception. Visits are allowed until 8 p.m.
  • Payment guarantee is required. In case of a long stay, the services are to be paid on a weekly basis. Payments are in local currency according to the official average rate of the National Bank of Malaysia on the arrival day.

There would be no refunds for cancellation after the tour has commenced or for any unused tour services including but not limited to transfer, meals & accommodation, sightseeing or any other services not utilized.

In the event that there is a refund required, the refund will be credited back to you in the same method as your payment. Please note that refunds will take up to 90 - 120 working days to process.

Client is strongly advised to purchase a comprehensive personal travel insurance policy for the duration of the trip; to cover against Personal Accident, Loss of baggage, Delays, Unexpected alterations to travel arrangements, Cancellation, Act of God, Emergency Medical Evacuation, Infectious diseases, Epidemics, Terrorism etc. Clients must generally be in good health in order to enjoy the tour. It is recommended that all climbers should have themselves medically checked before attempting any mountain climb. It is vital that climbers with pre-existing medical problems or conditions make these known to Amazing Borneo Tours. It is also important that climbers consult their doctors for vaccination and other medical requirements before the trip.

It is possible that due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances that itinerary or routings could be changed. Arrangements of the similar standard will be substituted, should it occur. However no refunds will be available. Laisan Adventure Travel Tour reserves the right to make changes to travel arrangements at any time without compensation. All prices quoted in the website are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations, increase in transport costs, hotel rates, government tax etc.

Clients are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. In the event that a client accidentally leaves their belongings in our vehicle, they will bear all charges incurred in returning their belongings to their designated location via GRAB EXPRESS or any other suitable courier service. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of their belongings, whether in our vehicle or in transit via the courier service.
