GoPro video recording is included for Activity Only Excluding Transfers package. Please ensure your device has sufficient storage space (3GB to 6GB per person) for video transfer.
All guests are required to have insurance coverage. The fee is RM40 per person.
This attraction is not suitable for pregnant women, guests with physical disabilities, heart problems or other serious medical conditions.
Tipping is never expected but will always be much appreciated.

The maximum combined capacity for paragliding is 120kg (Adult + Pilot). The maximum weight per child is 20kg.
The flight duration typically ranges from 8 to 10 minutes.
Paragliding activities may be cancelled due to bad weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the operator's control, even after the tour has commenced. Refunds will be processed according to the operator's policies. However, guests may not receive a full refund due to administrative costs incurred from the original booking.
